SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Outdork is based in Canada, and we are able to accept orders from the majority of the world. These include, but are not limited to; Canada, USA, UK, Europe (mainland).
Our delivery times will vary depending on where you’re ordering from, and there is a possibility that you may have to pay import duties when your items reach your country of residence, depending on the de minimis (import tax exemption) amount.
All of our products have an estimated time of delivery when you order. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and the estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products. For example, in Canada, it takes an average of 2-6 business days for your order to reach you, from date of order to delivery, but items may arrive before or after this depending on our fulfilment center and their volumes at different times of the year.
Processing Time
As all of our products are chosen individually and are custom printed or embroidered after you’ve placed your order, items can take a little longer to get to you, depending on the type of item. Processing time can take between 1-3 days depending on the complexity and style of design that needs to be printed or embroidered and also the item being readily available to be picked immediately.
Sometimes there are delays in processing your item, for example, unpredicted stock shortages of items in our fulfilment centers. Whilst this is rare, this should be indicated on our website before you place your order. You should also be notified if you choose to continue with the order. Please be aware that this usually only happens with rarer sizes or items (for example, XS or 5XL). If you’re unsure, please double check with us by emailing info@outdork.co for more information.
Shipping Time
Shipping time may vary depending on the carrier and the country that the item is being fulfilled in. Usually we expect all of our products that have been successfully processed to be ship the same day they have been packaged. The only time there may be a delay is if there are multiple items ordered and are expected to be shipped together, but they are being processed at different times, or an item doesn’t pass quality check and needs to be processed again.
If there are any issues or delays because of the above, we will aim to send you an email with the details and when you can expect your items.

USA - 2-5 business days
UK - 2-4 business days
Australia & New Zealand - 3-7 business days
Europe (mainland) - 2-6 business days
Shipping Costs
Our standard worldwide shipping is $5.99, and $1 for every additional item. There are some items that will be shipped separately due to their size or fragility, but this will not affect your shipping fees.
If we have a fulfilment center in your country of residence, this is where we aim to fulfil and ship your order from. This helps to reduce shipping charges, delivery times and any duties you may otherwise have to pay. Fulfilling and shipping items from the closest fulfilment center to you, also helps reduce large levels of CO2, helping reduce our overall environmental impact.
All of our items (unless otherwise stated) are sent via a Tracked service, meaning you are able to track your order through the pipeline and right to your door, for example:
Canada - DHL/Canada Post
USA - DHL/USPS
UK - Royal Mail
Delivery Time
Depending on where you are in the world, shipping times will vary from country to country. Delivery times will be quicker if the company we use for fulfilment has a fulfilment center in/or close to your country of residence.
As your items will be sent via a Tracked service, they will be trackable from collection to delivery. You will be able to see where your item has been every step of the way, and should be notified if there are any delays. Whilst delays are rare, there may be unforeseen issues where your parcel may take a little longer to reach you, for example; postal strikes or road closures. In this instance, please use your tracking number and contact the carrier so that they can offer you more information on when to expect the item.
If you are not in for your delivery and the item was attempted, please follow the instructions left for you on the calling card or on the email that is sent to you. Please be aware that some carriers may leave items in a SafePlace at your address, so check these if your tracking indicates a successful delivery whilst you have not been at the property.
Import Duties
Items that are shipped from our Canadian fulfilment center to other areas of Canada will not be subjected to import duties. This is the same across our fulfilment center network, for example, USA to USA, Europe (mainland) to Europe (mainland) , and so forth.
Items that are fulfilled and shipped from a different country to the one you are ordering from may be subjected to import duties depending on the cost of the shipment. Only goods valued above the de minimis (import tax exemption - too small to be meaningful or taken into consideration) value of the country of import are subject to duty.
Though it is rare, please be aware that some items may not be available for fulfilment in the country you are ordering from. If, for any reason this is the case, it may be that your order, if over the de minimis amount, may be subjected to import duties.
Current de minimis amounts at the time of writing (Aug 2024), in the stated countries currencies are:
Canada - $150 (courier shipments), $20 (postal service shipments)
USA - $800 (due to change in 2025)
UK - £135
Australia & New Zealand - $1000
Europe (mainland) - €150
